Christmas Bendi cards

Here are a few cards I made using the 3DSVGVBENDI file a got from Dreaming Tree.  Once you cut all the pieces are come together really nicely.

The Silent Night card was made using the retired CTMH pattern paper ASPEN and the retired CS colour Outdoor Denim.  I also used the new White Glitter paper and Silver Sequins.

The Believe card is my favourite, so many possibilities with this one.  Here I used the retired CTMH Frosted pattern paper plus Colonial White and Cocoa cardstock.

This last one is a little more fussy to make but the end results are very pretty.  Here I used the retired CTMH Sparkle & Shine pattern paper plus Whisper, Slate, Juniper and Ruby CS.

These were lots of fun to make, thanks for stopping by.  Have a wonderful Holiday Season and a very Happy New Year!

Studio J - Christmas card tutorial

Create your own photo Christmas Cards using Studio J online software. Using the ‘No Limits’ pattern you can do it.  Here are the quick and easy steps to create your very own.

1. Go to http://juliecarriere.ctmh.com/ctmh/products/studioj.aspx  click on Enter Now and create you online account.
2.  Once in:  click on Create a new project.

3. You will then be prompted to upload photos, you can skip this step if you haven't completed your selection or upload as many as you want.
4. Select “create your own custom layout”

5. At this point you will be given lots of options for paper, my recommendation is to go with one of our holiday themed papers so that you will have access to the holiday ‘stickease’ and images that go with that pack. For mine I chose the Sparkle and Shine kit. Choose your kit and click continue.

6. Next you will be given your choice of patterns, chose the ‘No Limits’ pattern and then click continue.

8. Your next option is for a kit mix since yours will all be blank, just click on one and continue to the next screen.

9. Start to create your cards
  •  On the left side click on the text and photo areas.
  • Add journaling areas to your layout, drag the "add journaling" box to your page.
  • Once on the page, adjust the box to 4 inches by 8 inches.
  • Copy and paste (function at the top) and fill both pages
  • IMPORTANT NOTE:  delete and add a blank space(space bar) to remove the add journaling text.  If you do not add the blank space to text will shown up on your finished cards.  Check and double check this to ensure it is truly removed.
