GreenHeats Blog Hop ~ Ivy Lane Cards

Welcome to the GreenHearts’ second BlogHop! If you've arrived from Natalie’s Blog then you are on the right track!  This month we are featuring Cards using CTMH - Ivy Lane papers and embellishments!

For this card, I used a more monochromatic look. I love this soft look.

Card base White Daisy 6" x 6"
Layered both CS and pattern paper: Blush, Ivy Lane and Blush
Stamp set:  Sincere Expressions
Cricut pieces from Art Philosophy
Flowers p.54 cut 3/4", using White Daisy CS
Cricut pieces from Artiste
Flower stems p.54 cut 2" (fit to length), using Ivy Lane pattern paper
Paper button carnations
Flowers are 1-1/2" x 12", ink distressed with Hollyhock
Flowers are 1-2/2" x 10" and 1" x 8", ink distressed with Blush

See the how-to video by Connie MacFarlane

The zipper part of the Hollyhock Zipper Lace was remove.  Raise to center part of the sentiment by placing two pieces of 3D foam tape in the middle.

For a different look, I made a card set. I love the greens, purples and Kraft cardstock look. These 3"x 3" cards are simple, I tried to focus on one stamp set Casual Expressions for all the sentiments.(I used a piece of the zip strips for the top left card). These stamp images correspond to shapes found on the Cricut Artiste cartridge.

Card bases 3" x3" kraft CS
Cricut pieces from Art Philosophy
Flowers p. 50 cut 3/4" using Ivy Lane Purple, Pansy Purple and Smokey Plum
Stamp set:  Inspiration Flourishes
Embellishments:  Purple Glitter Gems, White Baker's Twine

Thank you so much for following along on our Blog Hop today! I hope you are enjoying the lovely cards. Now it’s time to head on over to Kristine's Blog.
Happy hopping!
